The Mental Health and Wealth Show

Oct 8, 2021

What if we could look at our money with joy and gratitude instead of shame and blame? In this episode, I chat with money coach Lauren Canafranca about how to do just that. We also chat about her own financial journey, why judgment never works in money coaching, why we should de-stigmatize debt, and how she helps others step into their financial power.

When you have communion with your money and you are able to have a conversation around money that doesn’t put you in a defensive fight-or-flight sympathetic response, when you can understand where you stand financially and when you’re able to make decisions from a calm regulated place, that’s what I mean when I say financial power.” - Lauren Canafranca
